blinc mascara


STOP painting your lashes... TUBE them!

Blinc's mascara is the original water resistant mascara to form tiny tubes around your lashes rather than painting them like conventional mascaras. Once applied, the tubes bind to your lashes and cannot run, smudge, clump or flake, even if you cry or rub your eyes. Blinc's mascara will add both volume and length to give you a radiant natural look that lasts all day.
Only when you are ready for removal, the tubes will effortlessly slide off your lashes without the use of harsh makeup remover.

Blinc has been clinically tested to be non-irritating making it ideal for sensitive eyes, contact lens wearers and active people in search of a mascara whose look, hold and ease of removal is without compromise.    Blinc mascara has been tested by an independent certified laboratory in the United States.  The tests were conducted to identify any irritancy potential utilizing the MatTek EpiOcular in vitro toxicity testing system, using Good Laboratory Practice principles.  The results were definite - Blinc mascara was given a non-irritating classification. We are also proud to say that Blinc mascara has not been tested on animals.
Blinc comes in six colours shown below. Colours should be used as an approximate guide only as monitor settings will vary. Mini samples are only available in black).

Application:
*Use blinc on clean dry lashes.
*Within 2 minutes, apply one or more coats. Keep applying coats until the desired lash volume, length and separation is achieved before blinc mascara sets.
Removal:
*Neither water alone nor pressure will remove blinc mascara.
Only the combination of lots of warm water and gentle pressure from a cotton pad, a face cloth or even your finger tips will slide the tiny tubes effortlessly off your lashes.

The problem with traditional mascaras...

  • Traditional mascaras are oil-based paints that smudge, run, clump and flake.
  • A major cause of cosmetic eye irritation is gradual flaking of mascara into the eyes throughout the day - even waterproof mascaras that claim not to flake do to some degree.
  • Traditional mascaras do not hold well for people with oily skin or those whose eyes tear frequently.
  • Traditional mascaras dry out too quickly, forcing you to throw away product that you paid for but could not use.
  • Traditional mascaras often hold well or come off easily - but not both, forcing you to compromise between hold and ease of removal.
  • Most eye makeup removers contain harsh ingredients needed to remove oil-based paint mascaras. The unnecessary rubbing that takes place does not help the very sensitive eye area which is most susceptible to wrinkling.
  • Upon removal, most mascaras leave a tint or residue behind which builds up on your lashes over time

The advantages to blinc mascara...

  • Blinc is not an oil-based paint like traditional mascaras, which means it cannot smudge, run, clump or flake into your eyes - making it ideal for people with sensitive eyes and those that wear contacts.
  • Blinc is applied like a regular mascara, however once it sets, tiny tubes will form around your lashes providing both volume and length.
  • Blinc does not penetrate your skin or your lashes, unlike most mascaras.
  • Blinc lasts 2 to 3 times longer because it does not dry out as fast as traditional oil-based paint mascaras.
